For those who come from far distances, it is possible to book a block of appointments to allow for more work to be done in a shorter period of time. We will book up to 5 appointments in a day for up to 4 days depending on the severity of the challenges the client is faced with. Please inquire for details.

Scheduling Policy Updates: Ensuring Effective Appointment Management
At Steel Health Centre, we strive to provide the best care and attention to our valued clients.
In order to accommodate our clients' needs efficiently, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice in the event of a cancellation. We understand that unexpected circumstances and emergencies may arise, and we genuinely empathize with such situations. However, we kindly urge you to inform us as soon as possible so we can best manage our appointment schedule.
Any cancellations made within less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to the full cost of the appointment. While it is our earnest desire to accommodate your needs and provide a positive experience, the cancellation fee allows us to minimize any potential disruptions to our appointment schedule and effectively manage our resources.
It is important to remember that when a cancellation occurs a mere half hour before the scheduled session, we are unable to offer that appointment slot to another client. Our goal is to ensure all our clients receive timely care and attention, and by providing timely notice, you play an active role in allowing us to accommodate others who may be waiting for an available time slot.
